Penny has close to 30 years experience as a senior employment law practitioner, having been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2004.  Penny has been conducting workplace investigations for more than 10 years and has successfully completed an intensive Workplace Investigations training course with an internationally recognised workplace training institute based in the United States.  She is also an active member of the Australian Association of Workplace Investigators. 

Penny’s focus during an investigation is on ensuring an effective and transparent process and providing fully reasoned findings.  As a practicing employment lawyer she is uniquely positioned to ensure that her reporting on an investigation can stand up to robust legal scrutiny.
